Book Blogger Hop #12 & Follow Friday #6
2:00 PM | Posted by
Romy @ Lost.in.Stories |
Edit Post
Book Blogger Hop is hosted by Jennifer @ Crazy for Books whilst Follow Friday is hosted by ParaJunkee’s View. ‘The Hop’ and ‘Follow Friday’ are a great way to find other people who love to blog about books just like me! So if you’re interested in participating why not check out both Crazy for Books and ParaJunkee’s View for more information.
Jennifer also asks us hopper’s to answer a new question each week, so today’s question for the Hop is (*drum roll please*):
When you write reviews, do you write them as you are reading or wait until you have read the entire book?
I find that in order for me to write a review I need to have read the entire book to get a complete feel for it which enables me to write the best review I can, I don’t think I could do that if I haven’t finish the book yet. I do sometimes take notes down if there’s something I feel I have to put in my review but that’s about as far as I get until I finish the book.
ParaJunkee also asks us follower’s to answer a question each week, so today’s question for the Follow is:
What is your high fashion book? --- translation --- best book cover ever.
Hmm, there are so many great book covers I can’t just pick one so I’m taking the easy way out and picking a few of my all time favourites.
Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick
- Love this cover especially because it’s got a pearly sheen to it
Across the Universe by Beth Revis
- Simply gorgeous
The Body Finder by Kimberly Derting
- So pretty, who wouldn’t love this cover?
- What can I say there is just something I love about this cover
Darkest Mercy by Melissa Marr
- I think I have a thing for flowers, anyway another winner by Melissa Marr simply beautiful
Love Drugged by James Klise
- Different cover from the previous ones but I like how they incorporated the story, it was done in a very clever way

About Me
- Romy @ Lost.in.Stories
- Greetings fellow blog readers, welcome to my blog and thank you for stopping by. Now you may be wondering who is lost.in.stories? Well lost.in.stories is also known as Romy, a 23 year old graduate student from Australia who loves to read. I read (maybe devour would be a more appropriate word) largely young adult novels, with a particular love of fantasy and paranormal novels, however I am also a sucker for a good romance.

You've got some really great covers there. I especially like The Body Finder. I haven't read any of these, though.
