In My Mailbox #15

In My Mailbox is a meme hosted by Kristi @ The Story Siren once a week which explores the weekly contents of your mailbox and books bought.

For Review:

Desires of the Dead (The Body Finder #2) by Kimberly Derting (HarperCollins/March 1, 2011) – International Book Tours

Violet can sense the echoes of those who've been murdered—and the matching imprint that clings to their killers. Only those closest to her know what she is capable of, but when she discovers the body of a young boy she also draws the attention of the FBI, threatening her entire way of life.

As Violet works to keep her morbid ability a secret, she unwittingly becomes the object of a dangerous obsession. Normally she'd turn to her best friend, Jay, except now that they are officially a couple, the rules of their relationship seem to have changed. And with Jay spending more and more time with his new friend Mike, Violet is left with too much time on her hands as she wonders where things went wrong. But when she fills the void by digging into Mike's tragic family history, she stumbles upon a dark truth that could put everyone in danger.

Thanks to Kimberly Derting and International Book Tours for providing this!

No photos? Any chance you're going to be giving them away? Maybe we could do a trade...?

Also, hope you enjoy Desires of the Dead. I still haven't read The Body Finder.

Hey Cass,

I didn't put pictures up because I did a vlog which took me ages I don't know if I could be bothered doing it again, anyway I uploaded it wrong somehow so it wasn't working but now I've fixed it so ta da I've added it now. I'm not sure if I'll be giving any away maybe I'd have to read them first.

Romy :)
Ahh, I see. Nice vlog. You have a much stronger Aussie accent than I. :P I tried getting up a vlog for this week, too. But after 5 tries (3 times shooting, 2 times editing and then trying to upload) I gave up. :S It's SO time-consuming. I'll definitely be doing a vlog first week back after my "break". I'll have all the time in the world.

I have 6 out of the 31, thanks to Winter Flings. I'm going to read Ash first, since it has such a pretty cover and I like fairytale retellings. Hahahaha. Of course. Go and read them first. :)
hey romy - love the vlog! i love hearing the Aussie accent on blogs - usually so much US accents around :)

somehow, i ended up with 28 books from Hachettes winterflings! i started wondering if anyone else was entering. also, i wrote the most mad ridiculous answers...

anyways, i gave lots away (that i didnt thinkI would read) and i have a bundle on my shelves still waiting to be read (amongst other books in my TBR)

i'm so pumped for you winning that huge box!!! Hope you enjoy them :)

I haven't read any of them except the Ally Carter books, but the other ones are definitely going on my TBR.
