Teaser Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
1. Grab you current read
2. Open to a random page
3. Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
Share the title and author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
Today’s teaser is from Fixing Delilah by Sarah Ockler, this is my first Sarah Ockler book and I’m loving it so far, Sarah has this beautiful way with words [see teaser below, a-m-a-z-i-n-g!] that makes me want to re-read certain sentences over and over again. And like any good YA book I’m also seriously crushing on the main male protagonist Patrick or ‘Little Ricky’ as he was once known, he’s very swoon worthy ladies!

“There is no more denying my feelings for him, no more lying to myself about control, no more weighing out the pros and cons, no more comparisons and warnings and walls. I’m tumbling and turning somersaults in the water, no way to know which end is up, which means certain death, which promises all the air I need to breathe.”
